Order Processing & Shipping Time

Each candle is handmade to order with love and care.
Please allow 1–5 business days for production, depending on the size of your order.

Once your candles are ready, we will ship them based on the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Shipping Information & Lost Packages

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Please keep an eye on the tracking and make sure someone is available to receive the package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please check your address carefully before placing an order.
Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If the wrong address was entered, a new order will need to be placed.
