Shipping & Returns
Order Processing & Shipping Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
We always do our best to ship your order quickly and with care.
Shipping Information & Lost Packages
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Please keep an eye on the tracking and make sure someone is available to receive the package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our products.
However, if you'd like to exchange an unused candle for another of the same size and value, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect each item before it leaves our hands, but if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
Please email us within 3 days of delivery at hello@ohmybox.ai and include photos of the damage.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a fair resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please check your address carefully before placing an order.
Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If the wrong address was entered, a new order will need to be placed.
Candle Care Notice
Our candles are made with natural soy wax, which has a low melting point.
To keep them in perfect condition, do not leave packages in a hot car or in direct sunlight.
Bring your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.
